Confirming on Twitter,Ruto said he was to graduate today but wasn’t able to meet the required standards, meaning he didn’t satisfy the board of examiners.
The DP enrolled for PhD four years ago at the prestigious university. But due to his busy schedule, he hasn’t managed to complete his thesis. Sources say he would wait till after next year’s general elections to complete the course.
