A KTN Cameraman was on Friday morning attacked and seriously injured by goons who were stationed at Pastor Maina Ngang’a’s home in Karen.
The cameraman, together with other KTN crew had gone to the Pastor’s home to cover a robbery incident which had been reported earlier, but one of the men who was armed with a machete pounced on the cameraman and injured his left arm.
The cameraman, identified as Nyongesa, was later rushed to hospital for treatment.
On Friday morning gunmen gained entry into Pastor Ngang’a’s home and stole Ksh 500,000.The robbers took advantage of Nganga’s absence to gain entry into his house through cutting window grills.
The pastor had been arrested on Wednesday for causing an accident which resulted to the death of Mercy Njeri.
