Controversial Nurse Mugo Wa Wairimuโs trouble may end soon after it emerged that there is no sufficient evidence to judge him in a court of law for r#pe.
Mugoโs release is imminent and immediately after securing his freedom, the Prestige Healthcare Clinic owner may proceed to court to sue Citizen TV for seriously damaging his reputation for calling him a r#pist.
Citizen was the first media station to air the story about the Doctor, which went viral. The station will be held responsible for almost destroying oneโs career by spreading false information about a trained Nurse.
On Tuesday, the Police inspected Mugoโs clinic at Githurai 44 where they found no evidence linking him to r#pe.They urged the victims who spoke to Citizen TV concerning what they went through in the hands of Mugo Wa Wairimu, until now no one has recorded a statement at the CID Headquarters on Kiambu Road.
For the case to continue there must be sufficient evidence, particularly from forensic examination, which the police are lacking. Even those victims who were interrogated by the police agreed that they were sedated but they couldnโt remember being raped.
