Munyori Buku, the Seniro Director Public Communication at State House has hit out at Raila Odinga after the former Prime Minister called for resignation of those implicated in NYS saga.
Munyori’s statement has, however, drawn criticism from all corners of the republic, with majority of Kenyans criticizing Buku of trying to divert the attention of Kenyans.
The statement reads:

Raila Odinga has a short memory like that of the warthog.
He is very quick to demand the resignation of leaders in Jubilee.
But he gets deaf and dumb when his ODM and Cord lieutenants are mentioned in sleaze or caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
Take the BAT allegations against his co-principal Moses Wetangula and his newfound catch, Martha Karua.
Raila dismissed the allegations in political rallies and even on national television.
He was unperturbed by the fact that graft laced with nicotine is toxic. Just the other day, contraband goods were found in depots linked to the Mombasa governor.
Raila Odinga was the first to defend the governor even though the Cord principal is neither an investigator nor in the know.
Also, when the Nairobi governor was alleged to have given a Supreme Court judge a mindboggling sh200 million to save himself from an election petition, Raila Odinga’s response was that the governor should not be judged.
Raila Odinga’s barometer on such matters is thus faulty because it only tilts against others, and never against his own.
His call for the resignation of CS Rotich and Majority Leader Duale is hollow, empty, inconsequential and foolhardy.
It’s not worth the breath with which it was issued.
