Kenyan universities offer post graduate diploma courses as an upgrade of a diploma course. There are universities known for producing the best graduates at all levels. Such universities are so much appealing to employers to an extent of giving due advantage to their graduates as opposed to graduates from other universities.
Research shows that only less than half of Kenyan graduates are well prepared for employment in competitive environment. Due to that, an individual has to pursue his preferred course at a credible university.
