ODM Secretary General, Ababu Namwamba may join Jubilee anyway. According to close associates, it’s a matter of time before the Budalangi Member of Parliament join the ruling coalition and leave Raila in the cold.
It is believed that Ababu is buying time before he finally walks out of ODM.This is because the University of Nairobi graduate fears the reaction he would get from the electorate and also has not negotiated fully what position he will be offered by Jubilee in case he loses his seat.
But Jubilee leaders have promised him a powerful ministerial position, better than what they offered Eugene Wamalwa.
To prove that Namwamba is not with Raila, you can all guess where he is hiding during the CORD demonstrations yet he is the ODM secretary general. As expected, being the S.G, he ought to be in the front line during demonstrations but he is nowhere to be seen.
It is said that Raila is fed up with him and he is thinking of replacing him with Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi, who is closest to the former Prime Minister.
