Reports from South Africa indicate that President Jacob Zuma has signed a bill into a law requiring all HIV positive people to be marked near their genitals immediately they are recognized as positive.
A popular South African site reports that every person who tests HIV positive must be marked near their genitals in order to make it easier for people to recognize them and prevent the spread of the disease.
While signing the bill, Zuma said:
“The mark is to protect those who can’t say no to s@x. I mean if you can’t read between the lines you you should read between the legs because that is where the status should be tatted. The choice to be HIV positive is now in your hands or your genitals for that matter.
The story has, however, been said to be false.
