The names of police officers accused of killing lawyer Willie Kimani, Josephat Mwenda, a boda boda operator and a taxi driver have been revealed.
The police officers are:
- Fredrick Leliman
- Stephen Chebulet
- Silvia Wanjiku
The trio were charged on Monday morning at Milimani courts of murdering the three innocent citizens. Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo, who detained the likes of Muthama three weeks ago, said the investigations into the matter are complex and ordered the three to be detained for 14 days pending investigations.
Cliff Ombeta,a criminal lawyer, is representing the acused.The lawyer appeared in court alongside his clients .During the mentioning of the case he accused Ipoa of interfering with the investigations
