When working at Nairobi CBD, there are estates you must avoid at all costs, such estates include: Rongai, Komarock and its environs, gong and Kiserian. Living in these estates will see you spending up to Ksh 300 per day on transport and also at least 2 hours on the road.
It becomes worse if you are a banker. You know, banks are strict, whereby you are required to report in time, not past 7.30 am.If you live in Rongai, I swear you will be fired because of reporting late, most of the time.

If you manage to live in any of the listed estates, chances are that you will find yourself in Nairobi CBD even at 6.30 am.You will also spend not spend more than Ksh120 per day on transport.
