Carlos Rodriguez, a man with half a head has been arrested on arson and first-degree attempted murder charges.
Rodriguez, 31, who was standing at the backyard of his house during his arrest, committed the crime this month, where he set a mattress on fire in his duplex, with two people inside at the time.Luckily, the two occupants escaped and reported to the police.
This is not the first time the half headed man has committed a crime: in 2010, he broke the internet after he tried to force a prostitute to accept him. He was arrested for solicitation of a prostitute.
Rodriguez’s from head sunk deep into the skull some years back when he was drunk driving. A major surgery was done but his shape changed forever. He now looks like a monster.
