Josephine Kabura shocked Kenyans that she had registered a total of 20 companies that received a whooping Ksh20 billion from NYS in a span of 1 year.
Josephine, who was calm during grilling by the Public Accounts Committee, swore in the name of God that she received the money in her companies’ accounts.
