Activist Boniface Mwangi is in hot soup after he failed to appear in court. Police have been instructed to arrest and take him to jail with immediate effect.
Mwangi was scheduled to appear in court yesterday under a previous warrant of arrest that had been issued by another court, but he failed to obey the order-he will be arrested any time from now.
Boniface, who walked out of Jeff Koinange Live show yester night, was sued last month by Deputy was responsible for Jacob Juma’s death. The activist failed to apologize and went ahead to seek for Ruto’s tax returns. But before the case proceeded to full hearing, the judge who was handling the case dismissed it.
