The reason why most companies employ fresh graduates is because most universities perform their graduation ceremonies during the month of August/September. The companies seek to absorb graduates with special talents during this time.
The worst months to seek for employment include May, June, October, November and December. You find that the number of employees moving to other companies is small.Also, companies have no budget allocated for new employees.
