Supporters of Raila Odinga are mad at Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria after he rattled them with strong statement following Trump’s victory.
Kuria, who has been charged for hate speech on several occasions, told Raila supporters that America is not like Kenya where stone throwing and Haki Yetu slogan rent the air during elections. America is a civilized country where the rule of law is respected. He further lectured them with the following bitter words
“Despite my boy Donnie winning by 289 electoral college votes against Akinyi’s 218, Akinyi won more popular votes than Donnie. In the State of Utah technology failed and they had to resort to manual voting. Utah gave us Steve Jobs and the computer itself. Yet no one uprooted the railway in Kansas or Kentucky unlike our Kibera. No one is shouting ‘Haki Yetu’. They are not asking for nusu samaki government. There will be no petition at the Supreme Court. Akinyi has conceded. No one is saying that Utah’s technology failure is part of Donnie’s rigging scheme. Keep this post with you till August 2017”.
