Former Socialite, Corazon Kwamboka, has been admitted to the bar, becoming the only socialite in Kenya to rise to the level of a lawyer.
In a special ceremony at the Supreme Court of Kenya, Chief Justice David Maraga officially admitted Corazon alongside other 122 lawyers to the bar. The CJ advised them to avoid corruption and work for the good of this nation.
“Lawyers must not believe that judicial officers must be bribed or that paying a magistrate or a judge is the short cut to winning cases for their clients, “said CJ Maraga
Corazon is among top brains in the country, the entrepreneur scored an A- from Lwak girls. She was admitted to the University of Nairobi for a Law degree where she graduated with a Second Class Upper Honors in 2014, and joined the Kenya School of Law thereafter.
Even at UoN, Corazon was using her free time to do business. She has a popular boutique in Nairobi and other undisclosed business. The 25-year-old wants to juggle between business and careers. Her aim is to specialize in Entertainment Law
