It seems Deputy President William Ruto’s popularity is slowly fading away after his highly publicized grand entry into Garissa Town ended prematurely, this was after he, together with parliament majority leader Aden Duale, were chased from Garissa Primary School by residents.
Ruto was expected to address a rally at Garissa to convince the residents that Jubilee is the real deal, but his words did not reach the residents, who told him, “not here” in front of his entourage and security personnel. Efforts to cool down the hostile crowd bore no fruits, instead they chanted,”Raila, Raila, Raila”
The Deputy President resolved to cut short his speech.
Aden Duale,who was heavily present was not spared ;he was told by the crowd, Farah Maalim”.
