Sometimes you tend to believe Safaricom employs comedians for Customer Care representaives. On their Facebook page,comedy is expressed in many ways.Below are Just a few of the funny comments from Safarcom Facebook page
A customer asked Safaricom, “I am in a place where there is no network, could you please call my wife to inform her that I am unable to call, she might get mad at me”. Then Safaricom responds, “We shall get someone to call her…your new year resolution should be too get a new wife though.
Then another customer who wanted to know why a girl he is eyeing takes forever to answer his messages wrote to Safaricom, ”why is my girl slow in answering my messages”, then Safaricom answered,” write her this message, which one would you like me to buy for you, iPhone 7,Samsung S7 or HTC M10?”
Another customer asked Safaricom this message, “why does my data bundles end in a speed of lightning”.Safaricom answered, “it’s not yet end month, maybe lightning has hit your pocket”
“I am wondering what I can do with the 4GB data bundles you have awared me”, that was a message from a Safaricom customer, then a Safaricom representative answered, “we are also wondering”.
“You people are so expensive, why on earth can you sell Infinix for Ksh30, 000”,why?!!,that was a message from a customer to Safaricom, then Safaricom replied, “We can together ask Infinix company why, surely why?!!
