Transline Classic Company is on the spot again after the company’s Facebook handler abused a passenger who had raised a concern over mistreatment in one of their buses.

The bus company, which used to be the best in Nairobi-Kisii route, could soon be overtaken by the likes of Guardian Angel and Easy Coach after their customer care services were found to be “extremely wanting”.

They say Customer Service is key to business growth but if the service becomes wanting, clients start disappearing one by one until your company starts making losses. Transline being one of the many companies operating transport business in Kenya ought to treat their customers with utmost respect.The company has grown due to loyal customers and when time comes,they will become loyal to a company that takes care of their plight.

To the company management,it took years to build a name but it might take a single year to kill a business,simply because you tolerated a rogue employee.
