The government of Kenya has refuted claims that several KDF solders were today morning killed by Alshabaab,terming the information as false and malicious. At the same time, it has released official statement, which reads:
The Alshabaab attacked a camp in Somalia which was hosting KDF soldier and almost took over the camp but reinforcement from Kenya ensured the militants were subdued.It is not clear whether there are casualties,but it’s understood heavy fighting is ongoing.
