A distressed man from Nairobi has warned other men against sleeping with women who infected him with HIV.Ken Karimi claims the women, who live in Kitisuru infected him with the deadly virus and informed him later during a fight.
Ken is now a statistic, he is surviving on ARVs and has almost lost hope ever since he discovered his status. But his Christian background has directed him into warning other Kenyan men against sleeping with the following women.
