When Elva Olunga was found dead several weeks ago after going missing for some days, all fingers were pointed out at John Omija, the supposed sponsor whom she had publicly had a spat with on Facebook when their affair went sour.
However, Omija claims he has the whole truth about Elva’s demise. He made a post of the same on Facebook and provided a screenshot of the last communication he had with the deceased 24 hours before she passed on.
In the screenshot, Elva admits to being in bad shape. Apparently, she even predicts that something bad would happen to her. Omija says her last death wish was that only her family ought to take care of her children and they should not at any point be taken to Migori.
Elva had met Omija in 2010 through the famous Kisumu Dads Facebook group. The latter admits that they dated despite the fact that they were both married. Their relationship ended when Elva apparently aborted Omija’s child and she could not see him anymore. According to Omija, Elva sent abusive messages to his wife and that is when he took it to social media to express his disappointment in the mother of three and promised revenge.
Omija posted, “in 2010 a lady called Beatrice Otieno did this to me. She died like a dog and was buried next to a toilet … now Elva is doing the same crap. Will pee on your mouth in the mortuary!”
The authenticity of the screenshot Omija posted has not yet been clarified as it is saved as ‘mum home’. No one has confirmed Elva’s number yet.
