TENDER NOTICE
Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) is a corporate body established under section 4 of the Tourism Act No.28 of 2011 and is mandated to regulate the tourism sector in Kenya. This entails developing regulations, standards and guidelines that are necessary to ensure an all-round quality service delivery in the tourism sector.
Tenders are invited from interested eligible bidders for the following items to Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) for the Financial Year 2016-2018 as follows:

Tender documents with detailed specifications and information, may be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Offices – at the Utalii House, 4th Floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000/= (for hard copies for each tender) payable to Tourism Regulatory Authority account at Cooperative Bank University Way A/C no. 01141173587300 OR downloaded free of charge from Tourism Authority Website www.tourismauthority.go.ke/downloads. N.B. All Bidders including those who download the tender document will be required to forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for records and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums. The prices quoted for items should be inclusive of VAT and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tenders.
REQUIRED:
- Copy of Certificate of Business Registration/Incorporation
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA (Current)
- Copy of Current Single Business permit/Trade Licence
- Certificate of registration from relevant Regulatory Authority (IRA, RBA etc.).
- Company/Business Profile
- Bid bond for Tenders nos, 1, 3, & 4 of ksh 100,000 Valid for 60 days after tender closing date in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by PPOA.
- Any other relevant supporting documents as may be specified in specific tender documents.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with respective Tender Numbers should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of TRA Offices, 5TH Floor Utalii House Nairobi or Posted to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom, Utalii House 5th floor Nairobi. Late Tenders will be rejected.
