NASA coalition partner, Kalonzo Musyoka, is counting days to his exit from NASA.The former Vice President sent his man, Hassan Omar, to negotiate a deal with President Kenyatta yesterday in Mombasa.
It is reported that Omar had a closed door meeting with the president, which lasted for 24 minutes and at the end of the conversation, Uhuru promised to create a powerful position within the government to accommodate Kalonzo.Further details indicate that Kalonzo will hold a secret meeting with Uhuru in Nairobi this week to sign a pact, which will see the Wiper leader become the coordinator of government ministries in the next government.
It is now highly unlikely that Kalonzo will stick to NASA until the end of April this year since his deal with Uhuru is almost done. This agreement will assure Uhuru round one victory with at least 8 million votes(52% of the votes cast)
