Be a holder of at least a Bachelors degree of Second Class Honors Upper Division in Education, Humanities andย Socialย Sciences andย related fields from aย recognised institution ofย higher learning.
Nationality: International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

English language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
