Jubilee is in trouble after Sonko produced his KCSE and University certificates. The flamboyant politician had been blocked by powerful Jubilee politician, who claimed he doesn’t have valid Certificate of Good Conduct. But the street smart politician went all the way CID headquarters and secured the Certificate of Good Conduct.

Sonko’s education had been the subject of discussion among Jubilee brokers. This is the same issue that was to lock him out of the Jubilee nominations, to give way to Peter Kenneth, but as it stands,Sonko will secure Jubilee nomination certificate if at all merit is considered.

Yesterday the Nairobi Senator presented his KCSE certificate, and in this certificate, he scored the following grades:

Mathematics=E

English=C-

Kiswahili=B-

History and Government=B-

Geography=D

Physical Science=D

Biological Sciences=D

Social Education and Ethics=B-

Agriculture=D

Commerce =D+

Sonko studied in Kwale High School and completed his Secondary Education in 1992.He proceeded to Unity College of Professional Studies where he pursued a diploma in Sales and Market. He later joined Kenya Methodist University for a degree in Business Administration. The senator graduated with Second Class Upper Division.

Sonko took to Facebook to announce his frustrations, indicating that there are powerful people withing Jubilee who are out to block him from becoming the Nairobi Governor.

“Thanks be to God. I just got my Certificate of Good Conduct this evening. The devil shall continue to be defeated in Jesus’ Mighty name. I want to tell my rivals within Jubillee Party that even the so called Kibaki handlers at the OP rejected President Uhuru but he still became the President of Kenya. It is on this breath that i am telling you bwana PS wa hio powerful ministry that if you want to join politics just quit and come to the ground tupambane instead of creating unnecessary obstacles on my path by trying to block the clearance of my certificate of good conduct. You, your so called project and the incumbent Mps have no right to decide on behalf of 2,304,286 registered voters. Let me be rejected by the people and not you and Mps who are even not sure of their re-election. I believe in the power of the people and God”.

Even after presenting his documents, there are slim chances that he will be allowed to contest on a Jubilee ticket,the leadership of Jubilee has decided it’s Peter Kenneth for Nairobi governor. This means that Sonko has two options:

1.To contest as an independent candidate

2.To contest with Wiper Party

If he contests with Wiper party, he is likely to split the NASA votes, which will give Peter Kenneth advantage over Kidero.If he contests as an independent candidate, Jubilee will suffer, giving Kidero competitive advantage.
