IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati is expected to resign anytime from now.
Sources within IEBC inform that the Chair has made up his mind and is already writing his resignation letter.
The Chair, who has been under intense pressure not to resign, told some of his colleagues that he won’t hold on, citing frustrations from politicians.
Mr Chebukati will hold a press conference to announce his resignation, a move that would see the anticipated elections postponed. He will become the second IEBC commissioner to resign after Dr Akombe resigned earlier today
