National Resistant Movement, a name suggested by Raila, has been reserved for registration.
The name was reserved this week at the Registrar’s office and will be used by an individual to run his operations. This means Raila and his group are not allowed to use the name.
Name reservation is one of the steps followed in Kenya when registering a company. Once you have reserved a name, there is no other person allowed to use it unless the reservation period elapses.
Raila had suggested the Name a week ago, a name he will use against the government. But another aggressive Kenyan rushed to register the same. He is now allowed to use the name, meaning that if Raila uses it by force, his act will prompt a legal battle.
