Photos of Ruto’s House in Eldoret

Deputy President William Ruto is not the ordinary man you see on TV, he is almost completing a Ksh 1.2 billion house in Eldoret.

The DP started constructing the house(s) in his 1,000 acre piece of land immediately he was confirmed the Deputy President. Ever since, the contractor has been on ground doing all the best to ensure there is value for the money—this has transformed the once idle land into a palace.

In Kenya, no individual has a home equivalent to the one Ruto is about to settle in, even the President’s home is worth Ksh800 million but the design is as ordinary as any other house in Runda.

Ruto’s house is erected in a 10 acre compound and it includes several swimming pools, an airstrip, and artificial dam. The compound also has five other houses which his sons and daughters will settle in.From aerial view,Ruto’s compound is magnificent, so sophisticated that Raila’s Ksh 1 billion Riat Hill office looks like a slum. Here are exclusive photos of the home.
