Eldoret Parish Bishop Cornelius Korir will be buried in a church.
The late Bishop’s grave was dug in the Parish and is ready for the Bishop’s burial, who died two week ago at St Luke’s Hospital in Eldoret. The late Bishop is among few Catholic officials who are destined for burial in the church.He is considered holy and one who has contributed immensely in areas of Christianity and unity.In 2007 he played a major role in bringing together former Prime Minster Raila Odinga and former President Mwai Kibaki.
The Bishop will be accorded state burial and would be laid to rest in the Parish.Photos from his grave are as shown below.
