In one polling station in Garissa, only 74 people voted. The form was altered manually to add a 3 to bring the new total to 374.
Muranga county numbers in form 34A and 34B differed sharply. In Garissa, alterations on forms were done by hand .
These are just but a few irregularities. More information will come out as the court give Mwau’s lawyers time to spill the beans.
