INGREDIENTS.
1.Half or Whole pumpkin
2.4 Ripe bananas
3.2 Carrots
METHOD
1.Peal the pumpkin and carrots and put them to boil till soft and tender
2.Peel your bananas and put them aside.
3.Remove the already boiled pumpkin and carrots and do not pour the water after seaving
4.Take your blender and put the pumpkin and carrots, add the little water that you left after seaving.
5.Add the ripe bananas and blend the juice and make sure everything has blended. If the ingredients do not fit in the blender, blend in bits and mix everything up all together.
6. Serve the thick juice/soup when still warm or cold according to preference.
