My boyfriendโs name is Kevo,he is one I have dated since I joined college in 2014.I didnโt know this man was a player until when he cheated on me with my friend.It happened in 2015 when we were in December holiday.Kevo and Janet(my friend) live in Nairobi while I live in Nakuru.When we close for holiday,they normally board the same bus to Nairobi as they live me in Nakuru.I trust Janet a lot because she behaves like a staunch Christian.
After the December 2016 holiday we resumed classes. The first day was good,Kevin bought me Chipsy and Kuku. But on the second day as we were sitted in his room,Janet called, Kevin pretended he didnโt see,the phone rang again,he ignored.After like two minutes, this message came,โAki Kevo,mbona unifanyie hivi,nilikuambia uvalie CD na hukusikia,sasa niko na ballโ. After I read the message, I threw the phone on the bed, opened the door and left.
I went straight to my friend and asked her why she slept with my man.This is what she told me,โIf you plant maize along the road and fail to fence, what do you expect?โ. That answer forced me to leave the room a bitter person.I thought to myself, how can a friend I trust do this to me!
After the incident, I quit the relationship.
Since 2017 January the two have been together. One thing I realized from that conversation is that Kevin and Janet separated in May 2017.Kevin was lonely and had missed me too.He promised to visit me on a Friday.
On October 19 he visited me in my house, the following day was a public holiday. He spent the night in my bed.
