The government has shut down Citizen TV,NTV and KTN following their failure to stop airing live Railaโs swearing in.
The government took the step after the three leading media houses refused give Railaโs big day a wide berth.Earlier,the government had warned that media houses found doing live coverage from Uhuru Park would be shut down.
Itโs rumoured that the internet might be disconnected until the situation normalizes. Itโs a matter of time before social media is shut down too.Thereafter,you wonโt be able to get information.
