I was in a pub in Nairobi CBD celebrating my birthday. I bought some whisky to drink and after sometime, I saw a black out. I didn’t know what happened next.
Today morning,I found myself in a man’s house in Kayole.This is someone I totally don’t know.He says he picked me in a pub and took me to his house.I thank him for that,but looking at him,he is as old as my father.
One problem I have is, why could he sleep with me without my consent?!! He took advantage of me.Right now I don’t know what to do because he never even used protection. I am totally devastated.
The man has told me he will receive tea bonus at home, so that he can give me the money. He wants to be my sponsor.Can I sue him,or I just accept him because he have already done everything?
