There was drama in Kilimani Nairobi after a Luhya man carried over 15kg of Ugali on his shoulders when Nairobi County demolished his kiosk.
Bwana Wesonga was from serving his customers who were positioned a distance away when he learnt that the county had started demolishing his kiosk. Knowing there was a mountain of Ugali in the house,he shouted as he entered the kiosk,”Ugali yangu,Ugali yangu”.He picked it and put on his shoulders…then the voice faded away as he disappeared from the scene.
The County proceeded with demolishing the kiosk with Wesonga not bothered afterwards.
