Criminals have come up with a new way to con Kenyans.This morning,one of my friends received this message:
“”Due to failure in your huduma number registration details,we will be able to Close your line,contact huduma centre for correction on(0773739192)”
Since Huduma Namba is a government program,the victim called the number and what the criminals wanted to know is his MPESA details.What helped him is when he asked them to give him direction to the office so as to provide the details,
If you receive that message, don’t even call them, don’t try to give any information about yourself, they are concentrating on asking mpesa details.
Mark the number. Don’t be a victim!
