Evans Mutugi 31 has launched a lawsuit against Maura Medical center for allegedly being subjected to an inhuman surgical procedure by his ex-girlfriend who is one of the nurses working in the hospital.
According to Mutugi, he was rushed to the hospital for emergency medical attention after a motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon and was attended to by Rose Kagwira -his baby mama.
In the lawsuit filed through John & K company advocates, Mr. Mutugi is demanding sh 6.4 Million in compensation.
