A total of 10 petitioners have been lined up to testify at the Supreme Court of Kenya.Majority of them being against Wafula Chebukati.One of the petitioners with concrete evidence is John Githongo.
Most of these petitions will be consolidated because the court does not have sufficient time to hear each petitioner.A maximum of 14 days are given to the court.
