Comedian Mulamwah has built a magnificent village house where he will go to rest after retirement. The flat roof house cost him Ksh 8.5 million to build.It is a 4 bedroom house with a specious compound.
Mulamwah broke down the costs of building up to completion. According to him,he spent Ksh 1.5 million on the foundation. Walling and the two slabs cost Ksh 3 million while finishing cost Ksh 2 million.The rest way paid to the fundi.He was supervising the construction without involving relatives.
While building the house, Mulamwah was living in a rented bedsitter in Nairobi, paying Ksh 9,000 only. He relocated to a more expensive apartment when he was about to complete his village house. Rent for his current house is Ksh 70,000 per month.
Mulamwah thanked Ruth K for standing with him during this journey. He was happy his new girlfriend persevered with him as they build the house.In his video,he talked bad about Carol Sonnie,who he accused of not supporting him when they were together.
