Israel Mbonyi was born in Democratic Republic of Congo on May 20 1992, he developed passion for music at a young age. The musician holds a degree in Pharmacy which he obtained from India, he is also pursuing a Masters in Health. He received training from a music teacher in Musanze Ruhabgeri Rwanda. Out of 30 students, he’s the only one who made it, GAINING skills of playing guitar

He released his first song “number one” on march 10 2014, which was part of his first album by the same name

Most of his songs were in ‘kinyarwanda” until 2023 when he ventured into singing in Swahili and he released his first Swahili song “NINA SIRI” on June 26 2023

As per 2024 his net worth is estimated to be $50,000, though the figure is not officially confirmed
