Professor Kithure Kindiki has been sworn in as the Deputy President of Kenya. Today Kenyans were excited to see his wife Dr. Joyce Gatiiria Kithure for the first time. One of the facts you didn’t know is that she is a Lecturer of Chemistry at the University of Nairobi. She has been a lecturer of the university for more than 15 years. She holds a PhD in Environmental Chemistry. She was born in 1975 in Meru County.
Joyce was married to Kindiki in 2001 through a wedding. They are blessed with 3 children.
Joyce has taken over from Dorcas Gachagua. She will be forced to resign as a Lecture and assume her office as the second most powerful woman in Kenya.
Dorcas lost Ksh 35 million allowances and at least 10 other benefits.She will return to her spiritual and preaching matters.
