Kiraitu Murungi visited Ruto at State House Nairobi as he prepares to replace Justin Muturi as the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management of Kenya. Ruto is also banking on him to campaign in Meru.
The president doesn’t have hopes in the Kikuyu votes but there is little hope for Meru votes. Kiraitu and Kindiki will be used by Ruto to get the Meru votes.
Already, Justin Muturi has resigned but the information has not been revealed to the public.
