Ferdinand Waititu was jailed after failing to raise a fine of Ksh 53.5 million. He was found guilt of embezzling Ksh588 million from Kiambu County. He was jailed for 12 years.
The former Gornor was given days to raise the fine but he failed. The court decided that he should be in jail. Today his photo was circulating on social media. He looks weak and defeated.
