While being interviewed this week, radio personality Maina Kageni has revealed many things people didn’t know about him.Maina works at Radio Africa, before then,he worked at Kisii FM. He also worked in USA as a truck driver. His first job in Kenya was at his uncle SK Macharia’s company where he earned a starting salary of Ksh43,000. It was in 1993 immediately after completing high school.
Maoina Kageni was sent to the US to do his degree. His parent, who lives in Karen, wanted him to be a graduate. But he ended up squandering the fee. Maina didn’t progress past form four.
The TV presenter reveals that he has owned a total of 12 cars in his lifetime. His favourite car is BMW X6. He is not married but at one time,he offered Sanaipei Tande Ksh500,000 to give birth for him,but she refused.
Maina Kageni currently earns Ksh1,450,000 per month, which is equivalent to the President of Kenya’s salary. He also earns commissions from the real estate companies he advertises.
