Comedian KK Mwenyeweโs cause of death has been revealed. KK,who consumed 1 kg of pepper in 2024 has never been the same since then.He died this week after short illness.

We arrived late, so we didnโt get to see KKโs body because heโs still at Kiambu Level 5. You know when someone dies and is placed in a fridge, theyโre not supposed to be removed too oftenโotherwise, the body may not remain in good condition.
We were told he had already been removed about four times and was taken back for injections multiple timesโthings were tough. So we went to his home and met his mum, who explained everything to us, including the condition KK was in before he passed
She told us that Mr. KK Mwenyewe hadnโt been feeling wellโnot for a long timeโbut things took a turn for the worse from Sunday. He had a growth in his throat starting Sunday, which made it hard for him to swallow food, especially solid foods. But he kept trying to eat.
His mum visited him that Sunday and made sure KK ate something. He also had some medication (SHA) that he hadnโt paid for. He promised to go to work so he could come back with money to pay for it and start treatment
On Monday morning, he seemed okay. But by around 5 PM, his mother received a call from Kafengoโs group, saying KK had started trembling. Then his body started turning yellowโhis eyes, nails, and fingers. Even when they tried dressing him in jackets and sweaters, his condition was still bad.
