Kagema Muraya is dead. He is a brother to Karangu Muraya who died on 3 August 2026. Kagema died after staying at ICU for 1 week. According to the latest video that has leaked online, Kagema was forced to cut the head of a goat which they slaughtered at home. He was told to swear that he will not talk bad about his brother Karangu. He was also told not to market his ex-wife Trizah Karangu. Kagema was fixed.
Few months later, he got sick and died.
Another news from hospital indicate that he died out of meningitis. The hospital discovered the disease late.
