Founder of SOMAPP (SomaApp): He co-founded a scholarship-matching platform that helps African students discover and apply for local and international scholarships. The platform was created to address the problem of many scholarships going unused because students were unaware of them.
UNICEF Africa Youth Ambassador: At age 17, he was selected by UNICEF and became the first African J8 delegate to speak at the 2007 G8 Summit in Germany, where he represented the voices of young Africans.
Queen’s Young Leaders Award (2018): He received this award from Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of his work using technology to improve educational opportunities for young people.
Ashoka Fellow: He was elected as an Ashoka Fellow for his work in making advanced education more accessible to students from low-income backgrounds.
