British-Nigerian influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, died after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand caused a fatal pulmonary embolism, a UK coroner has ruled.
In March 2026, Ubiribo received a 40ml hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injection at a Bangkok clinic while on a luxury trip with his wife. He soon collapsed with chest pain, was hospitalised, and died despite extensive CPR. A postmortem found material matching the filler in his lungs, linking the cosmetic procedure to his death.
Ubiribo, a businessman with about 185,000 Instagram followers, was known for his lavish lifestyle and high-profile 2022 wedding. He was buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly costing over $745,000
