Burundians have started leaving Kenya. This evening they have been spotted boarding buses to their country Burundi. This comes after a directive by President Ruto for all foreign nationals doing small businesses to obtain permits. Burundians were doing hawking and construction jobs.
For them to be allowed to do business, they should visit eCitizen and apply for Class R permit.
