Patrick Mbacio is dead. The Nakuru man died on 26/9/2026 after being sick for sometime. The man had worked as a taxi driver where he carried women passengers. He later converted the passengers into girlfriends where he slept with them and gave the money. He gave each Ksh1,000 to Ksh2,000. In a month, he spent Ksh10,000 on women.
Patrick became ill 12 years ago. He contracted HIV. He didn’t take drugs, instead he started sleeping with women without protection. He slept with 6-10 women per month. In a span of 10 years,he slept with at least 3,000 women and infected many of them with HIV.
During his last days, he became seriously ill and decided to advise the women to go for ARV drugs.
Patrick regretted spending Ksh5m on women instead of investing the money. He became a motivational speaker.
